Charles serves in a dual role as head of the HWH Oklahoma City regional office and President of HWH Group, which accelerates projects with capital solutions, incentives and site selection. He is an economic development and construction professional with over 30 years of experience, and has led these functions for county industrial authorities as well as large tribal organizations. Charles received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.
Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined Harrison, Walker & Harper, parent of The HWH Group in 2010 as corporate controller, and was promoted to his current role in 2012. He manages the strategic planning and budgeting process, directs the accounting staff function, leads compliance, audit and tax services, and provides financial oversight for the New Market Tax Credit process. Mike also maintains relationships with insurance, bonding and financing institutions. He has over 16 years of finance experience in construction and manufacturing including M&A activity, and earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Harding University. Mike is currently enrolled in a Masters Degree program at Texas A&M University Commerce.
Chief Risk Officer
Will has more than ten years of experience in the practice of real estate and corporate law and related specialties. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for the Harrison, Walker & Harper Companies, parent of The HWH Group, and as an Associate and Partner in private practice with McLaughlin, Hutchison, Starnes & Biard, LLP. Will’s involvement in the public sector includes an internship with the Lubbock County District Attorney’s office, as well as service as a Councilperson and Mayor for the City of Paris, Texas. He is a Licensed Attorney with the State Bar of Texas and U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. Will has a BBS Degree from Texas A&M University Commerce, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law, and has attended the Harvard University School of Business Executive Management Program.
Vice President of New Market Tax Credits & Site Selection
Robbie has over 20 years of experience in public and private sector economic development. He is an expert in fiduciary entitlement, tax credit and bond procurement, with expertise in attracting capital-intensive projects in manufacturing, distribution, education, health care, automotive and aerospace. He also advises clients on key issues in the early stages of site selection, including financial feasibility studies and labor market assessments. Robbie received his Bachelor’s degree and completed graduate studies in economic development at the University of Oklahoma.
Vice President of NMTC Finance
Steven is a finance professional, seasoned in structuring, advising and negotiating custom solutions for the sophisticated financing and developmental needs of clients. Leveraging long-standing relationships with a national and regional network of investors, financial partners and professionals, he enhances development feasibility and investment economics. Steven has expertise in equity and tax credit finance, economic development, commercial and bond finance. He has worked as an investment banker and as an advisor and is a former registered securities representative (FINRA Series 7, 53 and 63). Steven has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
